It was great until they decided to close sooner than they say. It's suppose to close at 6pm and I come here at 5:15 and it's already closed ???

Buyer beware! Found this business bc of a Living Social deal, otherwise I would never have willingly gone to this place. The shop is a mess (particle board propped, not hung, glasses and trays and CLIENT FILES scattered about) They prefer to deal in cash. There is an ATM IN THE STORE with a blinking ATM sign in the window. These should have been signs to run, not walk, away-- living social coupon be damned. However not being one to waste money, I found glasses ordered them and gave Terry, the owner, $100 cash deposit and were told they would be ready the next day at noon. Upon arrival Terry said that he had lost the frames and the rx!! 2 weeks later we finally got the glasses when he demanded that payment be cash only. SHADY shady shady business practices to say the very least!!! I will not go back!

These guys are open Sundays and incredibly accommodating. We are traveling on Monday out of the country and my fiancé needed contacts for the trip. She forgot to get them and last minute remembered that she needed them. We went to the store and they gave them to her for free with kits. They were really nice to us and we will be going back. Great place highly recommend.

What a pleasant surprise! I found this nice place by chance and I am so very happy with the terrific customer service that my son and I received. Both Lisa and Sharon are patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful with the sale of frames. They are not pushy or impatient. I would definitely recommend this establishment and I am going to use them for glasses from now on. Fabulous!

Worst optical experience I've ever had. This shop does not accept any health insurance and their frames are overpriced. They will not give you a copy of your prescription if you use Groupon! The owner was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I would warn everyone to stay away by putting a giant WARNING sign in front of this store if I could.
